We aggregate and build CPI-indexed residential real estate portfolios, with sustainability and resilience embedded at the underwriting stage.
Founded in 2023, the platform now oversees in excess of €130m of assets and continues to compound through disciplined capital deployment.

Our approach combines a top-down view of the Greek market with disciplined, asset-by-asset execution. Every acquisition is underwritten, structured and managed in-house, from sourcing through to stabilization. This level of control allows us to take on complexity that many buyers avoid, and to manage risk with a precision that arm's-length ownership rarely allows.
